Chaplain Joel Latorre
Joel Latorre is the Woodland Park Police Department's Chaplain. Pastor Latorre is the Lead Pastor of Living Water Church, located on Andrews Drive. He is also a Dispatcher for WPPD and has served this Department for 20 years. To contact Pastor Latorre - jlatorre@wpnj.us
